Meditation is a practice for training and cultivating the mind. The aim is to facilitate the objectives of waking up, liberation, wellbeing and character development. There are a plethora of techniques that train different aspects of the mind's capacity for attending to and navigating experience. Some of the benefits of a regular meditation practice include mental alertness and clarity, calmness of mind, enhanced self-awareness and increased overall wellbeing.
Beginning in March, 2021. These meditations will be fundamental practices. Designed for beginners and regular meditators alike. They will offer you the foundation necessary to establish a regular meditation practice. This practice will be for 20minutes.
As in the Buddhist traditions these meditations are based on Dāna, a concept of cultivating generosity through donations to the facilitator.

Pranayama is a form of breath control employed to regulate and discipline the mind. It is an extremely useful practice for cultivating the mind and an indispensable part of a comprehensive meditation practice.
A course that covers the fundamentals of meditation and pranayama will be offered soon.
